2) SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping regions

We ship worldwide.

2. Shipping fees

Shipping is free on every order. A very small number of extremely remote or restricted destinations — roughly 1% of the world — are excluded or may require an additional charge. If your address is affected, the exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay, and we will always contact you before dispatch.

3. Duties and taxes — DDP

All our shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All import duties, customs charges and taxes are calculated and paid by us in advance. You will never be asked to pay anything extra on delivery, and no customs fees will be charged at your door.

4. Estimated delivery times

Standard delivery is estimated at 4–8 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing and other external factors. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

5. Returns and exchanges

We offer a 60-day return policy. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we replace or refund it without asking you to return anything. For change-of-mind returns, the item must be returned to our warehouse in China and the return shipping cost is paid by the customer. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
